One of the most diligent and hard working contractors we have had in our home. This was not an easy basement job. Their price quote was half of what the other top three basement repair companies quoted. From the beginning, Josh (explained every detail), Sales and so much more; Braydon, Foreman and Brayan did a complete and thorough job! water is actually going directory into the gutter away from the house that was built in 1967 - now up to date and no water in the basement. Love their gutter design compared to others.

Approximately one year ago we had water in the crawlspace portion of our basement. Ohio Basement Authority came out and made recommendations. I noticed on their website that they also installed radon mitigation systems (we needed this also). After a very detailed, and easy to understand presentation from the estimator that covered recommendations and several options and costs for the crawlspace water, sump pump options, basement dehumidifier options and radon mitigation system we decided to have the company proceed. I have a lot going on in my house, and from the start of this processes, my sales rep. Andy, to the foreman Justin and his crew Abe, and Alex, as well as the electrician Dan L*********, everything was fixed and completed in a timely manor.
