One year ago I called Ohio Basement Authority for new sump pumps. I was very pleased with the response then and today Chad C*** came and cleaned the pumps (2) and the large reservoir and showed me how he tests the battery backup system to be sure that I'm protected. I'm very happy with the piece of mind this company has given me.Thank you Chad C*** and Ohio Basement Authority. I am impressed with the fine workmanship of your employees.

Dan L******** installed a new hot water tank and wired a new sump pump during a basement waterproofing in my home. It didn't take him long. His work was fast, professional and efficient and everything is working. Thanks to him and the other workers (Jose and his crew) for a job well done. My basement looks like new.

We recently had a basement drainage issue - unexpected and that's never fun for anyone to have to deal financially or the inconvenience of having a week disrupted by contractors & workers in your home.
