Excellent service and would highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority to anyone! Your workers are your frontline to your customers and both Keenen as well as Thomas represented your company well. A full explanation of what could be done to correct our water issue was thoroughly explained prior to the install, during as well as after. We had Steven B, Eric R, and Daniel H come out today to install a drainage pipe and sump pump in our basement and they did a great job! Courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable answering all of my questions. Thank you Ohio Basement Authority!

Cannot say enough good about the representatives of this company. From Francis Purcell, our initial contact to Martin A*****, his crew Josue A***** and Joshiah R****, Ryan R****** and Dan L********* who helped with the plumbing and electrical needs to Patrick and Jeff and several others (just did not remember all the names) that pitched in to help clean up our wet basement. I would highly recommend Ohio Basement Authority to anyone who is having basement issues. Andrew, Eric, Daniel and Steven were all very professional and did an excellent job in a very timely manner. They discovered the problem, fixed it and guarantee it which leaves me, the homeowner feeling great and very confident in their work. Really a great company who stands behind their associates and their work!!

Dustin was very helpful at explaining what we needed, also when we had questions was always quick to respond. We had the work done on feb 13, and they were professional and in and out in one day. Highly recommended.

Ohio Basement Authority does a very good job. The employees are all friendly and very patient. They explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Steven and Dan just installed 2 jacks under my house. They came to the house, introduced themselves, and got right to work. They were done in no time. I also talked to Stephanie on the phone several times. She was very professional as well as helpful. I would recommend thus company if you are having structural problems at your house.
