Mount Valley installed a drainage system in the crawl space of my wife's and my home. The company's employees were professional and knowledgeable from the development of a proposal through system installation. The proposal was detailed and met the checklist of features our research found to be needed for an effective system. We had the privilege of working with Ohio Basement Authority. The salesman Jabob T***** and his trainee Ken were awesome! We had noticed several cracks in our 23 year old homes great room and a bow in our kitchen floor. We had just purchased our home in October 2018. We figured that we had some foundation issues. Had moisture issues in basement that needed resolved. After meeting with Nick T decided to have this system installed. The crew of Zach H, Bryan L and Brandon H were on time, worked without breaks and was able to accomplish work in one day. With the recent rains, sump pumps have run more than have in a long time. System will hopefully resolve the issues and restore the home value.

Indiana Foundation Service came out to do annual maintenance on my basement waterproofing and sump pump. Zach was on time and very professional. A few weeks later, my sump pump alarm was going off and I did not know why. I called Zach and he said he would get someone out to my house ASAP. Jeremy arrived quickly and fixed the problem. Zach and Jeremy explained everything clearly and were very nice. Thanks to both.
