Great service. A quick synthetic oil change & I used a $10 coupon as well! That pointed out a couple of things I need to think about. I highly recommend their Service department!

I love community Honda in Baytown Texas. Art Moreno was my sales person. He was courteous, personable, and honest, and got me a great deal on a Honda Civic EXT w/ leather interior. He even took the extra time and trouble and helped me stage a surprise showing, complete with a big red bow and balloons, all on the show room floor, to present it to my sister for Christmas. The service department at this dealership is the absolute worst ever. We purchased a new accord from community Honda in August 2016, sales department was fine, but service on the other hand is HORRIBLE. I took my daughters 2017 accord in on December 7 for them to look at the radio, because the FM stations have horrible static. First off the service man didn't know that the antenna is on the back windshield. That day they were not able to look at it, because I didn't have...Continue Reading
