Went to look at a vehicle today, it was on the sale lot, test drove it, fell in love, went inside to do paperwork and they THEN let us know it was sold last night. No one bothered to move it off the sale lot, post a sold sticker on it, tell us anything when we went in to get the keys for a test drive. Got my hopes up and was let down, not cool!
It was the easiest no hassle car purchase zip ever made. I told him what I wanted, and he had it ready for me to see at the front door when I got there. The price was right, and deal was done in minutes. Thanks Kam!
Stop lying to customers and giving them the run around. Baytown Honda place is no different from no other car dealer they all lie. I filled out an application with them and never heard nothing else from them, i had to do a fraud claim on them. So my advise to you is dont even waste your time unless you have 2,000 or more to put on a down payment.

The sales manager was very pushy. I wanted to come back in the morning to finish the paper work, but he wanted to finish it that night. So the bank where our car we were trading in was financed through was closed and we could not get pay off. It took them over two weeks to pay on the loan of the car we traded in. Long story short they left $385 on the loan for the car we traded in. I recommend Richard as a salesman, the best salesman I have ever dealt with. JD the sales manager on the other hand is a liar and will go back on his word. I will never step foot in this dealership again
