2016 Honda Accord 25 k miles died 3 times already took it to this dealership since it’s the closest to my house told them what was going on. Went the next day for it they told me they couldn’t change the battery because it passed the load test I got the car back and they ran through the wash and i noticed some scratches on it I was upset and manager said he will buff out the scratches he told to pull it around but the car would not start. Traded in my truck March 3rd and it still has not been paid off. Managers won’t return calls, finance lied to me. I had to call the Honda Financial Services to get the truth. Have had to make trips to re-sign paperwork because THEY messed up numbers. Now I’ve have paid notes on a truck i don’t have and am incurring interest on my current loan as i wait for them to get it together. I’m contacting BBB and about to just return the car. NEVER had this much trouble with a dealership.
If I could give less than a star on this place I would....this place is a joke....on top of the fact that they even stole my Astros hat when I brought in for them to give me the detail and my key cut that was owed to me....and the finance manager is a joke
