Finance guy was too busy on his cell to assist the customer. Horrible service.
I have had 2 CR-Vs and purchased my 3rd one yesterday. James did a great job and original indecision about colors! Even does the stressful finance portion, Anna was Amazing. The service department has done a great job taking care of my other CRVs. I can’t say enough nice things about Lee in the service department.
I've been using Community Honda for about six years and love their service department. Seven months ago I bought my second Honda. I bought my second Honda at Community because of the wonderful people in the service department that helped me through every oil change and necessary repairs for my first Honda.
