My buying experience isn’t the problem. That was actually pretty pleasant and they above and beyond to help us in that department. Then things get a bit dicey. We bought a brand new Honda Pilot Elite. Within a month we were hearing a popping sound in what we thought was our windshield...turns out it is a speaker or wiring problem that they have known about. First off, BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I have bought a lot of cars from lots of dealerships. Art Moreno was so helpful and worked until 9pm at night for me and didn't even make a sale until a week later with us. He truly made it a point to help us and not just get a check. Although he deserves a check because he worked hard to get us in the ride my wife wanted. He didn't hound us or try and trick us. He was 100% straight up and honest.
