Gentiva Hospice provided compassionate and professional care for my grandfather in his final days, and our family is deeply grateful. RN Carroll, CNA Shannon, and weekend nurse Taylor were all incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Gentiva exceeded our families’ expectations beyond measure. We had no idea we even needed hospice until a short stint at nursing home. These wonderful ladies talked us through how to bring our loved one home and how to care for him as his needs became increasingly challenging. Gave his sweet wife the assurance of having him home with her. We never had any issues. Every concern, every question was handled with a phone call. No red tape, no paperwork just simple. I am grateful for these folks and everything they did for my dad, and for me, while he was in their care. They truly cared about him. His quality of life was better and I had more quality time with him because of them.
