Bottleneck. Nearly an hour from door to donation.
Great facility, friendly and knowledgeable and helpful team made my first platelet donation more fun than I could have planned. Christine explained every step of the process, always made sure I was comfortable, and several times thanked me for helping cancer patients with the donation. An investment of a little time turned out to be more a gift I received than gave. I encourage all who can to help make a positive impact.
