The appointment system sucks!! I made an appointment for 3 and at 3:30 I'm still waiting to donate. If you're going to offer appointment slots then you should honor those appointment times.
A good place that saves a lot of lives.
I always donate at the Gladstone center and they're amazing! Great staff, it's like going to a friends house to hang out. My veins are often hard to get to and they do an excellent job.
I like the operation overall. They are good, clean and nice. The one recommendation I would have for them is when someone calls to ask a question about donating to not direct their call to the Auditing Department voice mail since it does not state whether this is where to get answers or if you've been misdirected to someplace else.
