Jenn got me a great deal on a refurbished laptop after my old one started failing on me. She even customized it to how I would use it the most. Any problems with mine or my family's computer I have taken them right to her for affordable pricing and honest work.
This is the second time I have brought a computer for Jen to fix. Both times I have been very happy with the results. She is very knowledgeable and good at explaining the repairs and how to keep my systems running up to par. I will easily recommend her to my friends and family if they need help with their computers.
