I have to say Jen is great! She helped me find and purchase a laptop for my son. She helped me Without having to purchase anything from her. I will be going to Jen with any and all issues I may have.
Professional and courteous service... Very knowledgeable... I thought my old Vista machine was done, but Jennifer brought it back to life... a little refurb and its running better than new!!.. Won't overcharge you or sell you what you don't need... No BS computer repair!!.. Thanks Jennifer...

Jennifer was a great help to me, doing some diagnostic on my aging iMac, and providing guidance as I decided to buy a refurbished iMac (rather than try to fix the old one). She transferred all of my data -- files, apps everything -- over to the refurbished unit. All of this in timely fashion and at a very reasonable rate. If she had charged me double what she did, I would have still been as happy. In any case, I have found my tech person for life and I will be recommending her to everyone. Thanks Jen!

Jen helped me trouble shoot a build I was working on. CCCH provided me with nothing but courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. Jen showed me that she really cares about her customers by working late or even on her own personal time to deliver my PC back as fast as possible. CCCH knows their business well, and I highly recommend visiting them to get an annual PC cleaning (hardware and software). Not to mention it was really great knowing she was a fellow gamer as well!
