She cancelled my appointment an hour before it was supposed to happen, then was rude and hostile. It was really disturbing—especially coming from a business called “Common Courtesy.”

Jennifer was friendly, thorough and quick at figuring out that my previous laptop was at it's end. She was professional and listened to what I needed and I ended up with an amazing refurbished laptop that runs beautifully. It is the PERFECT laptop for college, she is a lifesaver! Jennifer has been servicing my computers for years and I just recently bought a refurbished laptop from her. It runs like new and she made sure everything I would need is installed and this thing is FAST!! I’ll never go anywhere else for computer stuff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars!!

We sadly bought a lemon of a laptop, and Jenn has been there every step of the way. It was a lengthy process to get Lenovo to fix the problems but they did and Jenn was great about backing everything up and in general going way above and beyond the call of duty to get things working properly. I also like that she can handle remote repairs as well.
