If you are looking for knowledgeable, honest, reasonable, professional service, look no further. Jennifer is absolutely AMAZING!!! My computer died on a Saturday morning. Within an hour she returned my call and within two she performed the diagnostics and provided a number of options. She’s not like many in the business who immediately try to up-sell their customers. My dad's computer had a virus was expecting it to be a bigger deal . Brought it to common courtesy computer and Jen fixed it in about an hour . It is never run so good thank you Jen for a job well done
This business is well named. Excellent friendly service. Reasonable prices. I'd even send my mother there. Oh wait, I already did and she's happy too!
Jen was VERY helpful and informative when it came to fixing my computer. She educated me on why my computer was running slowly and the different options I could take to fix it. She also got back to me via text/call a lot quicker than I had expected and had my computer ready for me within 2 days (given the time it took to diagnose the problem and get the parts). I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I am VERY happy with the work that was done on my lap top. I know very little about computers and how they operate so I thought the problems I was having couldn't be fixed but I was wrong. Not only is it running better than it ever has, but she taught me things about my computer I never knew. Jennifer went beyond her duties and I am so thankful.
