The staff is welcoming but there was miscommunication between the welcome center and staff at the lodge. The log cabins and the yurts are spacious with nice views of the lake and land. You sit through 2 hour sales pitch which actually wasted 3 1/2 hours of our day instead of sightseeing. Any way they pitch it...it is still a time share. There are 5 pools in total on the property. Beautiful lake view and wraparound deck. Would give the resort 4 1/2 star rating the sales department 2 1/2 star rating

My husband left some clothes in the closet and I have been trying for nearly a month now to get them back. I have been given the run around by the front desk staff and the managers. I have sent a UPS label to them for pick up, but when UPS showed up, they were told by the front desk there wasn't anything to pick up. Another staff member said they would pay for the shipping, but yet....still no package was sent. RecommendedOn the south end of town, easy to get to and away from busier downtown. Yes, there’s an elevator because we parked in back, came in the door and walked right into it.

Disgusting!!!! When we got in the room the lamp was broken like hanging over smashed broken. The curtains were all messed up and wouldn’t even close so pretty much anyone could see in our room. It stunk like they didn’t wash the sheets. It was filthy with the carpet stained and torn. There was no trash can in the room. I was stuck straying there for two nights (total nightmare) and they never even came to clean the room the whole time I was there. The hotel is full of pimps and their hoes.
