Can not recommend this hotel due to uncleanliness and critters on their beds. After I checked out (did not stay the night) I received an email from the general manager saying that she didn’t find anything and that I many have gotten them somewhere else. What?? THEY WERE INSIDE YOUR PILLOW CASES AND BEHIND THE MATTRESS! Customer service, terrible. I feel bad for whomever stays here.

I was checked into an already occupied room (11:30 PM) and really startled the poor lady sleeping in the bed. Staff needs more training. Maybe system improvement? Hotel is overdue for renovation, rooms and furnishings are in rough shape.
