It's the best hotel, not only because the rooms are very well maintained and clean, or that it's only a short drive from Disney, or right across the street from Old Town, but the staff goes above and beyond to make your visit memorable. I've stayed there many times and when I arrived after hours, my room was still held for me. Knowing that I would be arriving late, management would often have a complimentary snack basket and a couple of sodas in the fridge waiting for me with a welcome note so I wouldn't have to go back out ... read more
