I checked in this evening for one night on business. The room was very dated with scrapes and peeling paint and a sticky floor in the bathroom. I took 20 minutes and wiped down all surfaces. When time for bed I got in the bed but felt some things with my feet only to pull back covers and find dirt and more. The sheets had not been changed in this room. When offered room service we said yes to our dismay... We told the housekeeping staff that the bag was our dirty laundry but they threw the bag away anyways. Upon speaking with house keeping and management we were told that we must have misplaced it... After we raised cain for 2 days and got no where we finally called corporate and the hotel staff finally helped find our clothes. Recommendednice rooms n friendly staff
nice and quite plus the bed was huge and soft
There was no hot water, and the room was cold, no power outlets near sink. Jacuzzi was in op due to no hot water. Bloody sheet wasn't used. The room smelled like mildew and sidewalks were icy almost fell only got charged cause of bad review
This was my worst experience ever. Don’t let the lobby fool u, that’s the only beautiful thing about the hotel. Room was cold all night, the heater never worked, and my kids didn’t want to take a shower because it was disgusting. My husband , my kids and me and we only had one towel to share, which was ripped lol. When we checked out and told the lady about our experience she offered us a cup of coffee for the inconvenience, I was like, Really????
