with my room my problem was my handicap sister. handlycap rooms are outside. no space for caregiver. they give me a ramp. but it was placed by the tuff almost lost my sister (by almost falling out of wheel chair because of little turning room on walk way going into tuff). I had a trouble time with door lock. they had to open the door for 3 times for me and reprogram my key 4 times. the pool has a left for the handicap but no ramp to get there. the service was awesome.
