Rooms are very small, expensive hotel room for the quality is to poor the service and not fancy at all
Great service, extremely helpful staff. Clean and comfortable, great breakfast and very family oriented
Rooms were noisy, had two large cockroaches in the bathroom, and graffiti on the wall in the room. When we checked out the front desk told us our card was declined, knowing there was no way possible I had to call my CC company just for them to tell me the hotel put the expiration date in wrong. When I brought up the graffiti and cockroaches (with pictures) the front desk didnt even apologize. 10/10 wont be coming back.
RecommendedAt first my husband had to more or less tear my leg off to get me into the hot tub lol, but after about 15 minutes, I'm glad I did! I absolutely loved it and the bubbles! I also loved the king size bed that we had. I would give it 5 stars and definitely go back to this hotel!! :-D <3
First room they put us in had MOLD in the closet!! Second room tv didn’t work, no alarm clock, door to room so heavy had to push really, really hard to open, & had thermostat set on 65 (outside temp in the low 40’s) woke up drenched with sweat!! Met a couple in the hallway that had to have a space heater brought in cuz their heater didn’t work!! We stayed there only because every where else was booked. If you call this place and Brooke answers, do not ask her if they have jacuzzi suites, she doesn’t know the definition of a jacuzzi. It was a small bathtub with four jets. When my husband said something to her the next morning, she says “it is a bubble tub”. Well darlin’, those are two very different things. We wouldn’t have driven 40 minutes for a bubble tub on Valentine’s Day!
For $350.00 a night, you would think they would clean the scum off the jacuzzi tub. Previous guests’ garbage was still in the trash can as well. Filthy property. The front desk staff did offer to send someone up to clean the body grease and scum out of the tub so we could use it.
