My room has black mold. There isn’t anything they can do because all the rooms are booked up. I’m out of luck and sadly I can only turn to social media to post my dissatisfaction. This isn’t acceptable conditions to sleep in and moving to my co workers room and sleeping on the couch is my only option. Don’t stay here. 3308 isler street Greensboro NC 27407
Recommendedlocation is amazing with plenty of supermarkets/shops and good places on the doorstep. only a 10 minute drive to the Disneyparks.staff are friendly and welcoming. pool area is clean and comes with towels, bar and hot tub. breakfast is plentiful with a decent amount of choice. I would both recommend this hotel and stay here again

Not clean, dated, need to deep clean rooms
we ate in the lounge and when we ordered our food she never wrote it down and she brought us the wrong food, and said that's what we ordered. and expected us to eat it. she blamed the cooks for giving the wrong food, but the ticket/bill she left us clearly shows she entered the wrong dishes. our food was remade but was lacking flavor and the onion rings were hotter than my rib eye steak. since when does a restaurant not have any steak sauce... I would have thought the manager would have come out to apologize and make it righ... read more
