RecommendedWas here for a work meeting with Great Clips. Armando in food services was very helpful in making sure that we had what we needed. Hotel was nice. Convenient for restaurants and shopping.
Somehow my first review got deleted it didn’t make it BUT - besides the rooms not being the cleanest, the manager and assistant manager are the least helpful! The staff needs to be trained on how to inform the guests about their payment. We had a serious issue with them charging the wrong card and after emailing the manager because the assistant manager could just say, “sorry” - we got no response. Totally ridiculous and the worst part of our trip! There are two other nice looking hotels in the same parking lot- go to them!
