Luis did a fantastic job! it was no easy task to change out the dampers in my AC unit in a tight cramped space but he was able to do it. I watched him work he explained everything to me and the end result my AC is now working great. Thank you Luis for a job well done!

AC broke down and shot. Brian came out and gave the bad news but did everything he could. Melissa in the office helped with getting a new unit. The crew was out the next day and had a new unit installed in about 4 hours. Great customer service. Crews on site were awesome! Thank you.

It took 2 weeks for them to come to my house to replace a compressor. Just imagine living in a house in 90 degree weather with no AC. They claim the delay was because the compressor was lost during shipment! How does a big heavy compressor get lost during shipment?? SMH! They also have poor customer service. I had to call their office several times before someone would call me back. Unfortunately I got stuck with them because my home warranty company uses them.
Ricky and the company were awesome! I would recommend this company to all my friends and colleagues in a heart beat.

No follow up with me, the home owner? I opened a service call and they took the money and didn't do anything!
The job is not completed yet but the technician did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem and ordering the parts needed to fix it!
