However, this last time, rather than a technician, they sent a 'sales person' that did not disclose the purpose of his call, and diagnosed our problem under false pretenses. Consequently in misdiagnosing the problem in his favor and trying hard to sell us an entire new system, by giving an incorrect report to our insurance, the insurance denied our claim. Came on a service warranty call. Said it was maintenance issue and the drain pipe needed to be cleaned. Charge 129 plus the other fee. Still having same problem. Called them back and got message machine and a week later no return call. Poor communication. Poor workmanship. Will call the warranty company as well to file complaint.
Absolutely the best!! My AC technician, Rick was absolutely the best!! He was very honest in explaining everything he was doing to fix my air conditioner! It was a step by step process explaining to me because I know NOTHING about air conditioners! He was patient and so nice! The ladies in the office were great also! They kept me informed about when he would arrive and they want to make sure I was completely happy with the work being done! What a wonderful company to hire such wonderful people!! Thank you very much!!

Very nice on the phone, scheduled promptly. Disappointed the day of the appointment. Appointment was between 11-3 at 3:39 I received an email stating my appointment was rescheduled to 3:30 - 8pm. My warranty company did not cover the necessary repair so I did not go any further with the service. Their quote for a new ac system was 2,000 more.
