I have used Comfort Pro multiple times and they are prompt, caring and efficient. The owner is personable and accessible and each tech has been informative and goes beyond to help me understand the maintenance of my units. I would highly recommend them and I I tend for them to be my "go to" for AC.
Hoyt came out to inspect my dinosaur of an AC unit. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He presented me with my options and did not push a sale in any way shape or form. He answered all of my questions in a way that I feel I'm able to make an informed decision.

Totally misdiagnosed our AC issues and left us hanging without any repair or solutions. Reported incorrect diagnose to Home Warranty that led to a need for case manager review.
Super fast response! Rita was very courteous and got a ticket going immediately. Received a call from Rick the service technician within minutes telling me that he was on his way. Rick climbed a fire escape ladder up three stories to access the unit and discovered that the capacitor was out. Climbed down and back up and replaced/fixed within minutes. Didn't cost me an arm and a leg nor did they try to sell me a new AC unit like some other outfits would have done.
Hoyt was friendly and gave me good and thoughtful advice on how to maintain my AC.
