Luis was very professional, friendly and gave me explanations to everything he was doing and seeing to my air conditioner . Rita was very helpful and professional. Louis did a good job and was on time. Only thing I didn't like was he called my unit a unit I had picked and had installed after getting numerous recommendations CHEEP. I felt offended by his calling the unit a cheep unit. It was not professional.
The service technician who came out was courteous and thorough. He inspected the system and agreed that the ductwork needed repairs. He sketched out the house and did some math on his computer before having me sign. Pleased with his professionalism.
