Very poor in completing what they initially agreed for. First, they make you sign a contract with the choice of A/C brand and services you want, once the contract is done, they many changes to the contract in the backend of their systems both for the brand and services. I am so grateful for Rickey and Comfort Pro--he was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. He went above and beyond and I now have such peace of mind about my A/C (especially knowing I don't have to climb a ladder to change my filters anymore--that's an added bonus) --thank you!

This is the second time I have had comfort Pro out to my house for 2 different problems with my A/C units and both times Rick was my service tech. If I could give higher then a five I would, he has fixed problems right the first time and always has been a complete professional to work with. Rick went over and above to make sure I understood what the problems were WhaT he needed to do to correct it and why it happened. Hoyt, my service tech was excellent. He handles everything to get my AC up an running. When my coil had to be replaced and the part was going to take 4 weeks to get, he found me a refurbished one at the shop to hold me over. He was professional, informative and hopefully I'll get the new coil replaced by him.

My experience with Comfort Pro was phenomenal. Luis took his time to diagnose the issue with my condensate pump and also helped us uncover our drain line which apparently had become inadvertently buried. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for all my AC service calls going forward.
