Working Rita in the office has been wonderful. She is so attentive to your needs and works hard to get you scheduled quickly. Rita is the main reason we bought a second air conditioner system from Comfort Pro. We have been fortunate to have Jeff as our technician on installations and follow-up work. He is very knowledgeable and you can he truly cares about his work. He is a hard worker and when he finishes the job you know it has been done correctly!

Rita is always great at scheduling a technician to be at your home as soon as possible or working around your schedule when needed. Luis came out to check my new heat pump system which is running perfect. He also taught me a couple Tips about care and use of my system that I want aware and will me keep my system running smoothly for years to come.
