Very nice on the phone, scheduled promptly. Disappointed the day of the appointment. Appointment was between 11-3 at 3:39 I received an email stating my appointment was rescheduled to 3:30 - 8pm. My warranty company did not cover the necessary repair so I did not go any further with the service. Their quote for a new ac system was 2,000 more.

This company was a complete rip off! They quoted me $4,700-$7,000 to replace the compressor. I got a second opinion, they FIXED it for $169 by changing the capacitor! And the tech was creepy and I was glad I was not home alone!

Choice Home Warranty sent Comfort Pro. They responded quickly. The issue was not covered by the warranty (clogged drain lines). The techs thought that the line was cleaned out, but the problem recurred. They came out again at no charge and resolved the issue.

My A/C went out upstairs on Friday night. Rita had Luis at my house Saturday morning. Luis is awesome. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it before lunchtime. Frosty cold weekend! Comfort Pro is the best.

Anthony came out to look at my frozen ac - once it thawed everything worked fine, I may have an intermittent issue. Anthony explained everything and very helpful, he's a good guy 👍🏼 This was first experience with Comfort Pro as they were dispatched through my home warranty company
