I had comfort pro come to my home through American Home Shield it quit working they came in got it working for a couple of days then it went completely out. When I got my new AC they where out in two days. They were very professional and even though it was raining very bad they still got my AC in. I would recommend this company to everyone!

I was very disappointed in the lack of response to my call for over 2 days. A/C not running. On the other hand the tech who came out to correct the situation was positively pleasant and got it going very quickly. This should not have happened to a new a/c unit installed by comfort pro just 1 month ago.

My A/C compressor finally went out in the middle of summer. The technicians that installed the A/C system did a good job of removing and installing the old A/C system. They had to come back several times due to having to deal with Choice Home Warranty. First of all I would NEVER recommend Choice to ANYONE, You have no control over who is called for service, what parts are installed or when. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The response time we incredible and they had my a/c fixed in no time flat. I would highly recommend Tim.
Came thru Choice warranty, temporarily fixed the thermostat and said will come back instead closed the claim. After several days and calls they came back and changed the thermostat .office person Rita is a rude person trying to be polite. Marissa was a great help tho and courteous. Overall, will not like to work with this company.
