I been a customer for several years and it always seems that every 6 month service something is wrong. The latest service is no different. Technician was great!
The worst service I ever received. I paid them $560.00 and they never fixed my AC. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I will never recommend their service to anyone. Complete rip-off!!!
I think Luis is very thorough and knowledgeable. He arrived at 7:30am but he was told he could come early because they don't normally and completely went over the entire system including a coil clean. Also the cost was super reasonable despite the fact he was there before his normal dispatch time. Call Comfort Pro for anything you need A/C and ducts which he wasn't even asked to look at but did.

After looking at reviews and not being able to reach someone knowledgeable, I gave up and found another company.
I had a wonderful experience with Comfort Pro and technician, Rickey. I also have a home warranty with AHS. I received a text message from the company, with his picture attached, when he was on his way for our scheduled appointment, and he was within the expected time frame. if you want to be screwed , that's a company for you. My ac died 7/6/22 , technician came in 7/7. told us it is computer chip to be order from the factory and will take time. 7/27- technician comes and realized that office ordered a wrong part. says they will order new one. today is 8/15 I have not heard nor received a phone call back from this company. Yes, I too had a Rick O come to my house, evaluate my system, take pictures, and showed me what was wrong and what options I had. I opted to replace the unit. That was the last professional contact I had with this company. They scheduled a date to replace the system but didn't get started until 11 am. They put a crack in the wall when they sat the concrete slab for the condenser base up against the house. I have had a very hard time with this company. They came out to fix my AC said it was the "heat pump" I had a home warrantee, so they ordered the ordered the parts, compressor, capacitor and line dryer. I questioned the service guy about my air handler, if it was still good since my system froze up all the time.... he said it was working great and everything was good with it.
