Get directions****** did a great job getting the ** to work again, despite some challenging existing wiring. He figured out how to get the system up and running then made a special trip to the parts store to replace capacitors that were not in spec for the ac unit. I thank him for his dedication and professionalism.
***** was the most honest considerate and did his job above and beyond what we have previously experienced!
I had no heat. I was a customer of anpther company. They couldnt get to me for 2 days. I called Comfort and they were there in 30 minutes. **** worked tirelessly and fixed the problem. Im now registered with them for services. **** was great!!! I will ask for him for my Spring check up.<br /> <br /> <br />

Company replaced my HVAC system and day one had horrible noise that they could never fix. Their last attempt they completely re-configured the condenser, leaving it out of code and did not call for a re-inspection. I had run a background check which showed the owner is a felon so I didnt want them to come back to do anything, plus they were inept at fixing AC noise. Have not had a County inspection done since they have not summited one to the County, they replaced the system anyway. Timothy A. suggested we do 3 stage mastic seal and hang strap w duct sanitation, now 2 rooms get low air flow and one is blasting. Called Jan 10 talked to answering service on 01/10/2023, now 01/28/2023 have not had a return call. Not very happy with this kind of service. .<br /> <br /> <br />

Technician Timothy did a thorough check of the system. Cleaned the condenser and check the functioning of the system. Pointed out a few issues that can be corrected.<br />
