I will start by saying I am a tough critic. Give credit when credit is due and complain when its not this company and *********************, has gone above and beyond for me. From the first visit to the last, every visit I felt I was in good hands. ******** came to initially diagnose and **** ended up installing a new thermostat. I wasnt happy with the thermostat because I need to be able to have remote control of my home, thats when ******** came back to change it out.
