BEWARE!!! This compensation will steal from you, they will lie to you, they are incompetent and FRAUDULENT! I paid them $10,000 for a brand, new air conditioning unit and ductwork and they installed a faulty unit with INCOMPETENCE. It worked worse than the old unit. after a year and a half of them of me continually trying to get them to repair it and me paying them thousands and thousands of dollars more they finally gave up and said they cannot help me. I had Comfort Pro come out as part of a home warranty call. The company was initially very communicative. I was out of town and had a neighbor stand in for me to get the AC/ductwork diagnosed. I was on a plane for one hour and this happened to be when the call wrapped up. Once the technician left the site, the communication completely ceased. It has been two weeks and I still do not have the report from the company after contacting both them and the home warranty company numerous times to request it. My service call was to l... read more

When I hit 0 and get ***** on the phone, that's when I hive Him 5 Stars. The rest of it is just terrible. The first problem was when ******* came here a manipulated me into a 10 year 15% loan. Total Manipulation. He inspected the condenser in the attic of my garage and told me there was mold. I am highly allergic to mold so I signed my life away. Professional and knowledgeable tech responded same day to diagnose air conditioning that was not cooling and was leaking water into our utility room. Excellent communication skills. Offered repair/replacement options. Had a team out within 24 hours to replace our air conditioning system.

I live in a condo building and my air conditioning unit is on the roof. It was raining very hard when ******* got here and I felt it was unsafe for him to go on to the roof. So an appointment was made to have ******* come back another day.

I think ******************* is a MIRACLE worker!! He was so straight with me, SO knowledgeable, honest, a great problem solver. He moved 'mountains' to get my new aircondioner installed in such record time, I was astonished. I AM GOING to recommend him and Comfort Air to EVERYONE I know. Sometimes it is hard to find someone who is trustworthy, but *** had my absolute faith and trust and that was well placed, in ********* will never forget what a fantastic job he did for me.

6/29/23 The people at Comfort Pro, are very nice. Ricky O. was out this afternoon (6/29/23) and he did an exceptional job! I told him that I was concerned because my unit has broken down too many times and it's only three years old. Ricky checked the whole thing out, and said the unit was in good shape and the only thing wrong was the Capacitor then explained what it does and how.
