Just had my AC service maintenance which I purchased through Groupon. I was a little skeptical upon purchase but figured it was a good way to "try out" finding a good AC company which I needed to have in my home list of service professionals. Highly impressed. Very thorough, honest and respectful. Will absolutely be calling again. I would not hesitate to recommend. Very happy customer. Easy to schedule, and called to confirm day before. No hassle at all. Again VERY happy.
Another AHS claim denied. After two visits, now I've punctured my own condenser coil? Seems no AHS claims get approved. This was through the Chesapeake office.
So disappointed! Met with technician & was very impressed. Had decided to have them install all of the heat & air system. Well it's been 3 1/2 weeks & still have not received an estimate. Have decided to have someone else install it that is more dependable than Comfort First.
Michael Taylor - superstar !! Was having issues with another company's remote thermostat controlling the AC,and was being passed around about where the issue was. Mike quickly identified the issue, fixed it and gave clear explanation about it all.. And the service line is great too - easy to connect, arrange an appointment and email communications about arrival times - very well thought out HIghly recommended company and they have my annual servicing as well as emergency call outs !!
They're the BEST! Courteous, professional and reasonably priced.
