Called Outer Banks Comfort First on Friday, Ryan came over that afternoon, GREAT! Diagnosed the problems as evaporator coil leak, said they would need to order. Called on Saturday, NO RECORD that part had been ordered. Won't know even if it's been ordered until Tuesday when they return to work! 24 hour service??? No air conditioning for at least 5 days, at this rate may be two weeks at least. Suggest you find another company.

We sincerely apologize for your concern. The storms on Friday knocked out our server and data base at our corporate office in Sanford NC at about 4:15 pm on Friday. The IT company that services our dispatch and database software is off for the holiday weekend until Tuesday. Without that software the girls that were working on Saturday were flying blind and wouldn't have known if your parts was ordered or not. If Ryan was at your home during normal business hours on Friday, your part more than likely has already been ordered.... read more

Woke up Saturday morning feeling a little warm, we called and within 30 minutes we had guys there getting us hooked up! Super impressed with the quality and professionalism of these folks.
