I am never been so disappointed in a company. If you have a warranty company I suggest you find another company to do the work.
RecommendedJust had major surgery with a high fever& horrible infection & our AC unit goes. Put a post on FB for suggestions & Justin Manners msgd me, it was later in the evening. I called back, left my details, by 330pm the next day our house is NICE & COOL & our bank acct is not empty. He was professional, very well educated, kind, on time, polite & is now on our speed dial for any future issues. We recommend him & the company to anyone with AC issues. Thank you again JUSTIN!!!
If you want the best customer service specifically ask for David and Tanner! They are genuinely nice and went over and beyond their job duties.
When our heat went out last week they responded quickly to determine the problem, ordered needed parts and were here right away to get it fixed today! Super friendly & communication was excellent.
Though we had some issues with the technicians, the office staff and managers were quick to rectify the issues, and help us in any way possible. I give the office staff and managers a ten star rating if I could. I’m glad they will be working with their technicians for more thorough communications with customers. Thank you SO much to the service managers and to the office staff for their help!
I am extremely disappointed in this company's communication. We had them out to diagnose a problem we're having with our A/C. The technician told us the issue, but did not prepare any sort of quote for what the repair is or how much it will cost. We specifically asked for paperwork describing the faulty part and the costs associated with the repair and never received anything. We receive a phone call on Monday at 4:53pm saying to return their call ASAP and when we call at 4:57pm, the message states that they close at 4:30pm.... read more

Just had a whole home generator installed by Joel Worsham and his team. Excellent customer service and if you are Charlotte to Greensboro Area (maybe further) and you are thinking about installing a whole home generator, please call and ask for Joel W. He is very professional, presents you with options, is upfront about everything, punctual and does quick, quality work. This company and that employee in particular is highly recommended. they are amazing to work with came out for maintaince found some issues and we called my warranty company and they got it fixed that day!!! love this company! travis and david have both been wonderful!
