Our technician took the time to dethaw our ice block so that we wouldn't have to wait a day for the fan to work. Was very honest and worked as hot as it was outside. I appreciated your efficient service and thank you so much for your help!!

Let me say I am very impressed. I placed a request for service last night about 10 pm with my warranty company. I received a call this morning before 9 am for service today. Carl and Thomas arrived promptly at their scheduled time. Both we very nice and respectful. My issues has not been resolved yet, however I'm sure it will be.
I have never seen a company that went as far beyond to make me and my family happy. Most people only put a good or bad post. I will mix my review. We bought an electric New heat pump unit in November. The weather has been freezing this year and I was super unhappy with my bill and performance of the heat pump. They gladly helped me, replaced the heat pump for gas, and I’ve never been happier. I will never use any company but Comfort First.
Excellent service from top to bottom. Everyone was very helpful, Professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what I could have expected. I had great communication from Krysta, Beth and my sales rep Jo Brown. Jo was very flexible on time and was able to work around my work schedule and even answered a non-urgent email while he was on vacation. Overall great experience and I highly recommend them. I have referred several people to them already and all have been happy with their service.

Was riding down 421 and a comfort first truck pass me and a friend speeding they we're driving 70 in a 60 they need to do the speed limit and be safe
