We had Comfort First install Amana heat pump and air Handler in April, 2015. we have had no problems and are pleased with the performance.
Wasn't pleased in service my daughter/family received as they are Still w/out heat after several weeks w/ 3 little ones plus a brand new baby!
I work for the largest real estate law firm in Wake County. Our office had a client living in California buying a house in Raleigh. The buyers estate agent mentioned a drastic temperature difference from one side of the house to the other; the home inspector and a hvac tech both indicated it was not an issue. After a week or so without a functioning HVAC, Comfort First came and installed our new system this morning. Manny and Sean did an excellent job and were very professional. Paul was very good working with us to get the earliest possible install date. Our house feels better already, just in time for the cold overnight temperatures.
Very happy with the service! I think you gave the info to the problem we have been having for 3 years!
