Great service and food. Did not stay overnight would recommend it. However, a coffee option at the bar would be nice. Also for weddings or occasions when people are giving a speech at special times a PA system would be good.
Beautiful restaurant, we went for afternoon tea. All the staff were amazing, really helpful lady on reception gave us some directions for walks as we were a bit early. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and welcoming. Delicious afternoon tea great selection of sandwiches and the scones....? Oh they were awesome I've never had scones like them. A most enjoyable break from our travels in a delightful building with a lovely lunch. A big thank you to you all.

Was given a gift for afternoon tea for my 60th birthday last year from my niece and her family (has taken a while to use as haven’t been in great health) but I must say what an absolute treat it was from start to finish our server was friendly efficient kind and a great photographer The spread was fresh flavoursome and far to much for us to devour all in one sitting and when asked to take the rest home was given proper boxes to pack the cakes and sandwiches away no problem at all absolutely loved it and would definitely reco... read more
