I had Dr Powell for my almost 11 week old & he was wonderful!
My son had blood work done last Thursday and I called your office on Monday and was told that the results can take a week. I called the lab on Wednesday and they told me the results are back to call the doctor. So I called your office on Wednesday and was told I was in the line for call backs. Never received a call. I called again today and no one never called me back. Very unprofessional and I am very disappointed in the service that I have received.
After having my nose completely botched by another doctor, it felt like a miracle finding Dr. Powell. He is incredibly talented at what he does, and I cannot thank him enough for all that he has done for me. If you're looking for an excellent ENT, he is the best! The staff at this location is incredible as well. They stayed on top of everything from day 1, they were kind and helpful. I felt like I was in very good hands, and I was!
Every single time I go to the Dublin Office Dr. Burkhardt is running behind, by at least an hour. They do not even bother to courtesy call his patients to ask if they would still like to come or reschedule. So you are sitting in the waiting room with at least 4 other people who have been waiting an hour to see the doctor. Just poor customer service on their part. They need serious improvements in the area!!

Great staff but only problem was i was checked in by 940am fot 10 am appt and didnt get called until almost 11am.people that came in after me had left before i got back.more than 10 people
