Recommendedvery caring, took his time, didn't rush us out. Dr. Tobin has always been my daughter's ENT for 15 yrs and has done an Amazing job taking good care of her. my daughter is IGA Absent therefore has had 5 ear surgery's and Dr. Tobin has done them all. We love Dr. Tobin ❤❤❤

RecommendedI have been seen by various ENT physicians since I was a teenager, which is over 20 years. My daughter has also been seen by them. Currently, I was plagued, again, by ear pain and nose bleeds for awhile and Dr. Loochtan not only listened to my unique situation, but solved my issues!
