We've had a great experience with Dr. Fleming and my son's ear tube surgery but the scheduling is really disorganized. I've been to the office twice and the first time waited over an hour to be seen (actually almost 1.5 hours to see MD....with a toddler). The second time there was a mix up with our appointment and they canceled and notified me when I arrived. They still took us....just more waiting. What a great place! Minimal wait, excellent care, love the way I was able to have my 1st appointment and then minor cyst removal surgery in the same day!!!
We went to be allergy tested based upon it referral from our ENT to the Dublin office. For a group of people who are suppose to be good at working with kids, I found an office with such a poor bedside manner and zero staff who made my daughter feel comfortable. The doctor has zero child friendly personality and the nurse was rough aggressive and disgusted by my fearful child when she came in with several needles to do additional testing she originally promised she would not do.
