Went to Westerville office twice for issue with gagging due to throat issues. Doctor was shrugging his shoulders and offered no advice. Doctor appeared to be in a hurry and had no time for me. Finally, a doctor at my family practice whom I had never seen before told me what the problem was after 5 months with this problem and treated it successful. Will never go to Ohio ENT again.
After reading all the reviews because i have been on hold for 25 mins waiting to schedule an appointment i am having 2nd thoughts about going here this is my 1st time going to them maybe be last time
Last year my son had 2 major surgeries on his ear and Dr. Willett did both surgeries. Dr. Willett & his staff are very empathetic & explains everything very well & does Amazing work. I highly recommend them!!! Thank you so much Dr. Willett & staff!!!
They were AWESOME and so very nice. I would recommend them to everyone. I seen Dr Flemming. The lady that did my ear test was so very sweet
Worse place ever ! Doctors are extremely rude and not prepared . I was supposed to have a biopsy and my family dr sent all my information to them and they had no idea about it and then their nurse was so nasty ! I asked for a glass of water and she threw an attitude at me multiple times saying here is your water you requested and then when i said this was ridiculous she snapped at me what is ridiculous ! I am so glad I have Dr Willett as my surgeon for the parathyroidectomy!! Such positive attitude!! Made me feel at peace about the surgery! Had absolutely no pain after the surgery!! Highly recommend him!!
I highly recommend Dr. Flemming. He is an excellent Dr. And is always quick to respond when you call with questions. And a shout out to his wonderful receptionist, Betty! She is one of the sweetest ladies you could meet. We will always be thankful and appreciative too Dr Flemming and his staff!

2 visits and both times had to wait 45 minutes or longer past my scheduled time to see the Doc. Changed doctors from the Westerville office as they also made me wait 45 minutes to see the doc. At that office they didn't care at all and the doc was rude. Dr. Grant and the staff here were apologetic but it's just too long to wait for a doc. Had a CT scan and they were on time and doc didn't find anything seriously wrong. He recommended surgery but who has this much time on their hands! I won't be going back.
