I've been through 3 sinus surgeries and there is absolutely NO difference. I am dismayed and frustrated that for all the time & money spent, that the end result is nothing. Follow-ups after surgery have been disappointing as I feel like a lab rat experimenting with prescriptions. I walked out of yesterday's appointment after being ignored in the exam room for 40 minutes. My time is valuable as well.

Dr. Hiltbrand is AMAZING! He has been so helpful with the entire process of tubes for my 2 year old son. He eased my worries with surgery and the million of questions I had. Along with my 6 year old daughter who was worried about him. He was fantastic with explaining things to us and included my daughter in on all this. He made the transition to seeing Dr. Friedman go smoothly. Dr. Friedman was so helpful with all the questions regarding allergies and medications. I highly recommend both of these physicians!!!
Dr. Spiess had absolutely no bedside manner, seemed rushed, appeared uncaring, and simply rude. He seemed to have no regard for all of the information I have gathered over the past 4-5 weeks regarding my ears, stated that I had crust on my eardrum, and began to scrape my eardrum with absolutely no warning. He was completely cold and unapologetic at the extreme pain he caused me. I do not want Dr. Spiess anywhere near me, my loved ones, or my worse enemy.

I've been seeing Dr. James Lowery for about a year now..Great doctor! He took over for another doc that I had lost trust in(not at this facility)..He's been awesome and so are his staff..He listens to you and is truly concerned about getting to the root of the problem..I am super glad I went here to get a second opinion..
The Dr and staff was awesome, even though I had shots.
My appointment was at 8am I live so far away I leave early because I never know about traffic. That put me there at 7:30 Before anyone including workers, and when she came in she could see me. At some point she sat at desk, she didn't ask if she could help me. When I saw her I asked for paper work, I was the first patient there and done with the paper work and called last at 8:30 really don't understand why but my dr is the best in town.
