RecommendedFor allergies, yes. For ENT, no. Dr. Gupta is very dismissive and seemed to have made his mind up before even seeing me. His entire exam, which lasted only a couple of minutes, and during his explanation, he displayed a horrible smirk. The whole interaction was a waste of time and money.
What a disappointment! Poor service. Long wait between messages and returned phone calls. Impersonal interactions with truly rude behavior. This care close to home is not only over priced, but sub par for many reasons. Will not be taking my children back there.
Dr. James Lowery did my surgery. I had no idea I wasn’t breathing well. I am so pleased.
Do not go to Ohio ENT unless you want to be charged an arm and a leg for zero results.

I’ve never had a Doctor call me on Sunday to ask me if I am okay and ready for surgery on Tuesday. Dr. Lowery took time out of his day with his family to call me to check on me. This Doctor is amazing and very caring to his patients!
Ohio ENT is a patient mill. They don't care about their patients only how much they can bill you. Front office is a joke, they make mistakes all the time. Watch for they will bill you for procedures they don't perform.
My children both had their multiple sets of tubes done and I had my tonsillectomy and a few other surgeries done here. The doctors are some of the best!
Dr Gupta, Kerrie and the entire medical staff at Ohio ENT are absolutely amazing. My 2 y/o twins had to have tubes placed last month. Dr Gupta and his staff went above and beyond to make sure my boys got in on the same day, their surgeries were back to back, and they even made sure the twins shared a patient room to make it easier on me and my husband. They were hospitable and very accommodating. TRULY AMAZING!!!!!
