The physicians are awesome and know exactly what they are doing. Both my husband and I were patients and received the best care. However, even though I was making regular month payments in excess of $150 on my account I was turned over to collections. I called to find out why and I was told because I didn't make a payment within 30 days of my previous payment. It was 3 days outside of the 30 days. Dr Fleming is professional, compassionate and well versed on all aspects of diagnosis and treatment. The appointment check-in system as been streamlined and much more convenient and the the waiting area is now brighter and more cheerful.
Extremely expensive and not upfront about costs
Awful experience with Dr. Martyn and the entire staff. Waited over an hour for a 60 second appointment. No time to ask questions as I was rushed out while he took a call on his cell. The prescription for my daughter was not called in, it was finally called in after a day and a half, and multiple calls from myself and my daughters pediatrician. Since it was 4:00 on a Friday by time I finally spoke to someone, as they do not return phone calls, they had a different doctor call in a temporary fix. It’s now 3 business days later... read more
A 5-star review for Dr. Martyn and his staff at Ohio ENT! Dr. Martyn has put ear tubes in for two of my young children. He is professional, runs on time for appointments, and most importantly, genuinely cares about his patients. He’s very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. We would never go anywhere else for ENT services and recommend Dr. Martyn to our friends and family. His Nurse, Claudia, and Scheduler, Annie, also go above and beyond! Grateful for this group and the care we’ve received over the years!
