Best place ever !! I have been to several Drs over the past few years and another round of antibiotics was always the answer I'm so happy to finally say I got answers today and another solution !! Everyone from the dr to check in staff and in between were wonderful !!
While the doctors are wonderful the staff at the Delaware office are rude. They are short in responses and belittling. They should appreciate their jobs in today's environment. They should treat their clients the same way they would want to be treated. If an individual is hard of hearing and self conscience of that fact the way the staff treats that person adds to the frustration. The staff are the front line. Last week I had my thyroid removed by Dr. Willet. He is a wonderful and caring physician and made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. He is also very knowledgeable and went through everything with me and my husband. He has a wonderful, patient and caring bedside manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Very compassionate and down to earth. Made me feel like a human being and not just a statistic. Thank you Dr. Willet!!. All the staff that I met at the office were great as well!
Dr. Irene was incredible with our special needs son. Our son had to have a very difficult surgery and Dr. Irene was so very patient with him and so encouraging. Dr. Irene is an excellent Physician and he really cares for his patients. He took as much time as was necessary to help our son cooperate and helped calm our nerves as well. We really appreciate the entire staff! Thank you so much!
