Well, if you like being treated like a pawn, an object, use them. I waited for an hour after arriving for my appointment on time. When I complained about wasting an hour, to widget people told me that they were short a tech, in the most cold and uncaring way. I would have not rescheduled and gone somewhere else for next year's follow up, except that Dr Murphy repeated and sincerely apologized to me. Next time I;ll show up an hour late and be ushered right in! Yeh, sure!
