In 1996, a group of entrepreneurs and restaurateurs put together their combined total of over sixty years of successful restaurant and real estate experience to develop a concept that later became Colton's Steak House & Grill. Their vision was to open a steak house anyone could walk into and feel at home, have fun, relax, eat delicious food, and enjoy excellent service in an atmosphere with the feel of the "American West."

The steak was mouth watering ! I also loved the Atmousphere and we had an exceptional server named Doug. I highly recommend going there to enjoy a very tasty meal.

Service was bad ..My husband and I go here often and usually have good service and good food. Evidently we had a new waitress that didn't have very good customer service skills. I ordered fried pickles and it was taking a long time for them to come out my husband had asked if she forgot to put the order in and her response was that the back forgot to make them and that it wasn't her fault. I had the chicken tenders, they were ok, over cooked and overly salty, but not bad. I liked the salad, the Ranch dressing tasted homemade. My friend had sweet potato fries as his side, that sweet marshmallowy sauce that's served with them is way too yummy!! :) He said his steak was cooked as requested and tasted good and he enjoyed the fried okra. I don't remember our waitesses' name, she is pregnant. We got very quick friendly service.
